HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH?

If you've already placed an order with us and want to get in touch about that specific order, you can also reply to your order confirmation email. We'll respond as quickly as we can to help you out!

I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT AN ORDER I'VE ALREADY PLACED.

No worries, just reply to the confirmation email you got and we'll get in touch with you right away to help out.  Or if you lost that email you can reach us at sales@codame.com.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed and will typically ship within 5-10 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx. (BUT fulfillment has been backed up due to COVID, so wait times may be longer than normal). You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit contact us at sales@codame.com and we will replace those items.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Please contact us a sales@codame.com to arrange to ship internationally. International shipping rates will be charged.  Some items are available for immediate download or sale such as digital wallpapers or digital art on the blockchain. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless damaged during shipping.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns
